Larval feeding type: Bark borer
Larval substrate: Viburnum spp., incl. Viburnum opulus (Highbush Cranberry)
Phenology: Adult: 7/20 (1 record)

Comment: Very similar to S. proxima, but can be distinguished by the presence of yellow laterally on the forecoxa and the 4th segment is yellow laterally.
