Larval feeding type: leaf-miner; larva green, linear mine with a central line of frass (but can be wider in places)
Larval substrate: Quercus bicolor (Swamp White Oak), Q. alba (White Oak), Q. montana* (Mountain Chestnut Oak), Q. macrocarpa* (Burr Oak), Q. velutina* (Northern Red Oak)
Phenology: Adult: 6/26 to 8/24 (4 records)
