Larval feeding type: leaf-miner; larva yellow. Upperside long linear mine with narrow central frass line, about 3.5mm wide at end (saginella-group mines are max. 2mm wide)
Larval substrate: Quercus rubra* (Northern Red Oak), Q. velutina* (Black Oak), Q. ilicifolia* (Scrub Oak), Q. palustris (Pin Oak), Q. marilandica
Phenology: Adult: 7/04 (1 record)
