Larval substrate: Unknown, but presumably Acer spp. (Maple)
Phenology: Adult: 6/15 to 7/11 (2 records)

Comment: Some previously reported P. obnigrana have proven to be P. aesculana. There is currently just a single confirmed record from the State.
