Larval feeding type: Initially a leaf-miner, then openly on the leaves, usually leaving the upper epidermis, thereby creating 'windows'
Larval substrate: Various plants in the Brassicaceae, Brassica oleracea* (Cabbage)
Phenology: Adult: 3/09 to 12/21 (216 records)

Comment: One of the most widespread moths globally and known to migrate; In MA found in all months of the year except January and February

Status in N. America: Cosmopolitan (Agricultural pest)
