Larval feeding type: Underside leaf-mine, pupates in the mine
Larval substrate: Unknown

Comment: Described from Cambridge, MA, reportedly reared ex. Robinia, but that is probably incorrect; could be synonymous with another species, such as P. martiella or P. diversella
