Larval substrate: Helianthus annuus (Sunflower); Tilia americana (Basswood) [most likely one of these is incorrect]
Phenology: Adult: 6/04 (1 record)

Comment: Taken out of synonymy with P. lepidana by Metzler & Brown (2014, J. Lep. Soc. 68(4), 274-282). One specimen from Amherst, Massachusetts reported under this name by Forbes (Farquhar, 1934). Possibly repesented by the barcode BOLD:AAB5963?
