Larval substrate: Vaccinium pallidum (Hillside Blueberry)
Phenology: Adult: 6/01 to 7/20 (7 records)

Comment: Some photos of N. praefixa from Massachusetts were previously misidentified as N. sequax. That species probably does not occur in North America.
