Larval feeding type: leaf-miner
Larval substrate: Quercus ilicifolia* (Scrub Oak), Quercus rubra* (Northern Red Oak), Quercus velutina* (Black Oak)
Phenology: Adult: 4/28 to 5/08 (8 records)

Comment: The mine has a long linear portion, at least the first part usually along the edge of the leaf, before turning to a blotch
