Phenology: Adult: 7/12 to 9/17 (2 records)

Comment: Probably overlooked, maybe just coastal; paler than obliteralis, more gray than brown, with darker antemedial and subterminal zones on the forewings and with a complete pale-gray postmedial line on both forewings and hindwings
