Larval substrate: In MA, mainly Pinus rigida* (Pitch Pine), elsewhere reported from Tilia (Basswood), Betula (Birch), Alnus (Alder), Juniperus virginiana (Eastern Red Cedar), Ulmus (Elm), Carya (Hickory), Acer (Maple), Quercus (Oak), Juglans (Walnut)
Phenology: Adult: 6/24 to 8/23 (156 records)
