Larval feeding type: Initially a leaf-miner, then feeds within a leaf-roll.
Larval substrate: Alnus serrulata* (Smooth Alder)
Phenology: Adult: 8/19 and 10/01 to 5/12 (4 records)

Comment: Two generations, likely overwinters as adult. The summer genaration of adults have a prominent whitish costal spot, whereas in the winter generation this spot is only just visible thru the red ground color. DNA BINs to BOLD:ADD9241.
