Larval feeding type: leaf-miner, pupates in leaf cut-out
Larval substrate: Vitis aestivalis* (Summer Grape), Vitis labrusca* (Fox Grape), Vitis riparia (River Grape)
Phenology: Adult: 7/06 (1 record)

Comment: Records from MA could refer to 'Antispila isabella' and/or the undescribed species 'Antispila Vitis2USA'. No specimens from MA have been DNA barcoded, so it is not possibe to say which species occur.
