Larval substrate: Quercus palustris (Pin Oak), Castanea dentata (American Chestnut), Quercus ilicifolia* (Scrub Oak)
Phenology: Adult: 5/23 to 6/29 (29 records)

Comment: Head black. Flies May-June. Specimens identified as this species fall into 6 separate barcodes, so the identity of true Z. bosquella is not certain. One specimen from MA barcoded to BOLD:ACG8892.
