Larval substrate: Brassicaceae, incl. Brassica oleracea* (Cabbage, Kale, Broccoli), Cardamine (Bittercress), Armoracia rusticana (Horse Radish), Diplotaxis (Wall Rocket), Raphanus sativus (Radish), Brassica rapa (Rape)
Phenology: Adult: 5/30 to 7/13 and 7/27 to 9/28 (116 records)

Comment: Unlike E. rimosalis, the larva is only rarely found, suggesting it may prefer wild-growing crucifers rather than cabbage. The adult on the other hand is far more commonly found at light than E. rimosalis.
