Larval feeding type: Leaf feeder, in a spatulate leaf case
Larval substrate: Carya ovata* (Shagbark Hickory) and probably other Carya spp.
Phenology: Adult: 7/02 to 7/05 (2 records)

Comment: Note that the next species also feeds on hickory. It is not known whether there are any differences in the cases.
