Phenology: Adult: 8/07 (1 record)

Comment: Appears to be considerably rarer in the State than X. labradorensis. Ideally, it should be dissected to distinguish it for certain from X. packardata. However, the male antennae are simple, ciliate, in X. labradorensis and doubly bifasciculate in X. packardata. The presence of a deep indentation to the outer edge of the PM line near the costa in X. packardata appears to be a reliable distinguishing character (see here), although specimens with only a small notch could be either species.
