Comment: DNA does not seem to be able to distinguish Scrobipalpula species well and many species are currently lumped under a single DNA BIN (BOLD:AAF1106). However, a manual analysis of material reared from Erigeron, Solidago and Artemisia shows clear differences between all three, suggesting that they are indeed separate species.
